  • When Can I Start Tracking My Package?
    We’ll provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send another email that includes your delivery date, tracking number, and a link to an order detail page. Just click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps above to track your order.
  • Where Is My Refund?
    Please note that it may take longer than usual to process returns and issue refunds. Thank you for your patience. Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.
  • Is There a Warranty?
    We stand behind all of our gear. If your Sub:Mission apparel develops a material or workmanship flaw within one year of the manufacture date, we want to get you back in the game. If you believe your item is flawed, and it’s within 30 days of your purchase, you may simply return it to us for a full refund. Remember, you may return Sub:Mission purchases for any reason for up to 30 days. If it’s been longer than 30 days, and less than one year since the manufacture date and the item has developed a flaw, then we've got you covered! Please get in contact to discuss options.
