By placing an order through our web site you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and you are at least 18 years old.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the "Confirmation"). We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute, or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.

Prices and Payment

The prices for any Products ordered will be as quoted on our web site from time to time, except in the case of obvious errors. Please note that when paying by credit card your total will be debited in British Pounds (£).

Special Offers & Deals

All special offers are limited in time and cannot be cumulated with existing promotions (Outlet or bundle products). Special Offers are strictly limited to one for each S:M Apparels customer.

Ownership

We retain ownership of any Products ordered until we have received full payment for such Products. However, risk in the Products will pass to you upon delivery.

Warranty

We warrant that any Product purchased through our web site is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance of or quality of our Products, you should state these by sending us an email at sales@submissionapparels.com within 4 weeks. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the Products in accordance with your order. If an obvious defect is noticed by you within 4 weeks from the date of delivery of the Products, we will replace the defective Product at our cost with a Product of similar or better value.

Exchange or refund

Hygiene products and underwear (groin guard, mask, mouthguard, etc.), on sale products, customized products at the request of the buyer and food products, are not eligible to a return or an exchange.

Our Liability and Disclaimer

Sub:Mission Apparels shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if S:M Apparels has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Notices

All notices shall be given in writing: contact us.

Notice will be deemed received 24 hours after the Web Request or e-mail is sent or three days after the date of posting.

Sub:Mission Apparels may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Sub:Mission Apparels.

Your Personal Data

While you are browsing on our web site and during the order process, we may collect information and personal data from you which we will use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Governance

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our web site will be governed by British Law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the British Courts.

At Sub:Mission Apparels, pre-order pieces are produced in limited runs with performance, purpose, and precision. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Pre-Order Products

Products marked Pre-Order are not held as immediate stock and are produced or allocated specifically for customers who secure them in advance.

Pre-orders help us reduce waste, maintain quality control, and deliver purpose-built fightwear.

Dispatch Timeframes

  • Pre-order items are expected to be dispatched within up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by manufacturing, quality control, or logistics beyond our control.

  • If we are unable to dispatch within 90 days, you will be contacted with an update and available options in line with UK consumer law.

 

Payments & Refunds

  • Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout.

  • As a general rule, we do not offer cash refunds on pre-order items.

  • Where a return or cancellation is accepted, a store credit (credit note) will be issued for the value paid.

  • Credit notes are redeemable exclusively at Sub:Mission Apparels and are non-transferable.

 

Important: This policy does not limit your statutory rights under UK law. Where a refund is legally required (for example, if an order cannot be fulfilled), a refund will be issued in accordance with those rights.

Cooling-Off Period (UK Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

For pre-order items, this right applies after the item has been delivered, not while it is in production.

If you choose to cancel under this statutory right:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition

  • Once the return is approved, a store credit will be issued unless a cash refund is legally required

 

Returns & Size Exchanges

Due to the limited-run nature of pre-orders:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Fit preference

Please ensure sizing is checked carefully before placing a pre-order.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (where stock is available), or

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

 

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

  • If production has not yet begun, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion and, if approved, will be issued as store credit.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order at all, you will receive a full refund in line with UK law.

 

Store Credit Terms

  • Credit notes have no cash value

  • Credit notes are non-transferable

  • Expiry (if applicable) will be stated at the time of issue

 

Legal Statement

This policy is designed to operate in compliance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and does not affect your statutory rights.
